Leave , claims, OT, shifts and more

Approval workflows can be setup with one or many Level 1 and Level 2 managers. Employees are instantly notified when requests are approved or rejected.
Employees can easily submit requests for leaves, expense claims, overtime, swap shifts and edit shifts through the mobile app. They can add remarks and attach pictures or files to the requests to provide additional information to the manager.
Requests are automatically included into the timesheets and payroll runs once approved.

#EPAYSLIPS

Go online and go paperless with ePayslips

Employees can view detailed breakdown of all payments, deductions and net amounts in ePayslips, which are grouped both by pay period and pay date.
Admins can notify employees when the ePayslips are released through mobile and email.

#WFA

Employees can sign in / out to their shifts from the mobile app. Work locations can be fixed or open and each employee can be assigned single or multiple work locations. The system will automatically detect the work location upon sign in using Google GPS for high accuracy.
High security (Anti-Spoof) is enabled by requiring employees to take selfie-photo and scan QR code during sign in / out. Mobile devices can be locked against each employee to further improve security and prevent incorrect data.

#ENGAGE

Employees can view the shift calendar to track shift times, actual working hours, leave days, public holidays, absent days and more. Detailed timestamps for each day are also available in the daily view. Timestamps are colour coded to highlight on-time, late or out early times.
Employees can track leave balances, working hours, pending requests and all other relevant data from the summary dashboard. This data is displayed using smart cards, which can be rearranged based on user preference.

#ELEAVE

Employees can submit eLeave requests for paid leave such as vacation leave, sick leave, business leave or unpaid leave such as emergency leave etc.
Employees can also attach files to the eLeave requests such as a sick leave certificate, flight ticket etc.
Once an eLeave request is approved by the manager, all sections in the app including leave balances, timesheets, payroll and calendars are automatically updated ensuring real-time data for all users.

#ECLAIM

Employees can submit eClaim requests to reimburse expenses such as travel claims, entertainment expenses, food reimbursement etc.
Employees can also attach files to the eClaim requests such as toll fees, fuel receipts etc. by file upload or using the phone camera.
Once an eClaim request is approved by the manager, these amounts are automatically included in payroll.

#EOT

Employees can submit eOT requests for overtime work before the shift starts or after the shift ends.
Employees can choose between the four different types of OT based on the company policy - OT1, OT1.5, OT2, OT3
Once the eOT request is approved by the manager, extra hours worked are automatically converted to OT hours in the timesheet and payroll.

#ESHIFT

Employees can submit edit shift requests to change the shift time assigned to them. Employees can also submit swap shift requests allowing them to swap their shift with another colleague.
